Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your Arctic Cool gear.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
